摘要
Cloud-based building information modelling (Cloud-BIM) is an emerging research area for the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry, however, remains a lack of quantitative analysis and in-depth evaluation of the literature. This paper uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Bibliometric-qualitative Analysis (BQA) methods to deliver a comprehensive review. The PRISMA framework is applied to select and screen 366 articles. Following that, descriptive analysis and scientometric statistics are conducted using bib-liometric software. A number of contributing analyses related to development trends are drawn and addressed. And the influencing factors are summarised by the extended Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework. This research provides an innovative basis for future practice and promotes interdisciplinary exchange.
