摘要
Based on the resource-based view of firm, we investigate the Korean mobile payment industry, which reveals the importance of strategic use of the organization's resources. We first present a six-stage approach to analyzing mobile payment service and conduct a case study of Korea's largest mobile operator to answer the questions concerning how competitive advantage may be constituted and sustained in the mobile payment industry in which the boundaries between bank and non-bank firms arc becoming blurred with the development of information technologies.
