On Mechanism of the Knowledge Alliance' Cooperative Knowledge Creation: a Complex Adaptive Prospective

The article studies the mechanism of cooperative knowledge creation in the knowledge alliance from a prospect of the complex adaptive system's four properties and three mechanisms advocated by Holland The knowledge alliance member's good tags facilitate the formation and cooperation of the alliance. The diversity of the agents enriches cognition angles, reduces information neglect and increases the possibility to create high-quality knowledge. Through knowledge flowing through and among knowledge alliance agents, multiplier effect and recycling effect in knowledge creation is realized. The nonlinear interactions between agents promote the vigorous knowledge creation. The agents create new knowledge by continuously utilizing and modifying their original internal models, and creating new internal models to recombine and re-aggregate their existing knowledge and the external information or knowledge.
