摘要
Higher quality requirements and cost reduction are the major objectives in industry. In this paper the usage of flexible recipes one of the methods for the batch process performance improvement was studied. Accordingly, the simulation environment composed of the process model as a vital part and a procedure for the flexible recipes generation was built. The simulator enables the evaluation and comparison of the results obtained by fixed and flexible recipe control. The evaluation of the results derived by flexible recipe control indicates the advantages of its potential implementation in industry. In this case we suggest the usage of the procedure for the batch process model adaptation in order to follow the process dynamics.
