摘要：

Because that TNC's exert influence on the world economy is particularly important in the literature present an appreciable number of position and current opinion on the issue of the effects of globalization, whose main vector it is TNC, on the whole world economy. The TNC stated that the main agent of globalization, because they have a lead role in the transnational transfer of capital and high technology, the creation of new businesses and new jobs in the restructuring and modernization of enterprises purchased in stimulating exports, the increased income the state budget.
