摘要
This paper introduces a special-shaped plastic snap-fit and the mechanical and fatigue analysis with the finite element analysis tool of Ansys workbench. The analysis result indicates that the mechanical design can meet the relative test demand, which also fits with the product test result. This shows the reliability of FEA in the relative mechanical design. In addition, the paper also discusses the main influence factor of the special-shaped snap-fit's mechanical performance and gives some advice on the selection of the main parameter.
