摘要
A novel reflective fiber optic displacement measurement method with large range is proposed, which achieves its function by utilizing a reflective grating panel to modulate fiber emitted light. The measuring units and operation principle are illustrated in detail. The intensity calculation is carried out to analyze the system performance theoretically. Experiments under different reflective grating panel pitches verified the feasibility of the proposed displacement measurement method.
