摘要
We demonstrate polarisation-insensitive parametric amplification in highly nonlinear fibre of a 2.048-Tbit/s dense WDM PDM 16-QAM signal with similar to 10 dB on-off gain and simultaneous wavelength conversion and phase conjugation, with mean Q(2) penalties of only 0.6 dB and 0.4 dB.
