摘要：
We describe two cases of fulminant thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) in unusual association in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients. Ln our two SLE patients the exceptionally rapid fatal course of TTP made any therapeutic intervention impossible.
