摘要
Sr6NdSc(BO3)(6) crystal with dimensions of phi 21 x 40 mm was grown by the Czochralski method. The spectral properties of Sr6NdSc(BO3)(6) crystal had been investigated. The absorption cross section is 1.46 x 10(-20)cm(2) with an FWHM 18.0 mn at 808 nm. The emission cross sections is 2.18 x 10(-19) cm(2) at 1062 nm. The fluorescence lifetime is 48 mus at room temperature. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
