摘要
Silicone rubber composite insulators have been widely applied in transmission lines in recent thirty years. With the increase of operation years, the aging problem is becoming more and more serious, threatening the safe operation of power grid and the development of advanced and rapid detection methods for composite insulators has become a pressing matter of the moment. In this paper, the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is used to test the aged composite insulators with different operating years., and the changes of the matrix elements, impurity elements and pollution elements with the pulse bombardment times of the composite insulators with different aging years are analyzed. The research in this paper provides a technical reference for using LIBS to identify the aging degree of composite insulators and reduce their flashover accidents.
