摘要：
With the development of e-service, e-learning and e-training became popular in the world. In China, the same trend appears. There are many web-schools in China, most of which are focusing on e-training. A web school of business which is performing both e-learning and e-training in business field develops very fast since the beginning of the 21 century. The purpose of the school is to build up an "air business school" in China and it is being realized step by step.
