摘要：
Knowledge production has become an important part of social production. The mass customization thought is introduced into knowledge production for improving production efficiency. Firstly, the definition of knowledge production is given and its characteristics analyzed. Then why we should implement mass customization for knowledge production is explained. In succession, the mechanism of mass customization for knowledge production is studied. The basic thought is introduced and four key issues should be concerned is pointed out. At last, the operation flow of mass customization for knowledge production is figured out.
