摘要
In this paper, the authors first indicate nonconsitency of measure of fuzziness, and validate that fact using some examples. Secondly, we indicate possible negative influence from nonconsitency of measure of fuzziness when theory of measure of fuzziness applies to image processing. Finally, this paper proposes some elementary rules how to correctly define measure of fuzziness, and gives a new definition of measure of fuzziness.
