摘要
Employee relation management is an important part of enterprise management. The labor resource of an enterprise is the inner motivation and root of the development of the enterprise. The development of any enterprise depends much on excellent staff team. Especially in the knowledge economy era, the market economic system of our country is undergoing continuous reform and development. In this condition, strengthening the employee relation management of enterprises is meaningful, which plays an important role. The importance of employee relation management of enterprises in knowledge-based society is analyzed form the aspect of the long-term development of companies to put forward the problems in the current employee relation management of enterprises and some methods and countermeasures to those problems, with the hope that human resource administrative personnel of relative enterprises can provide some management ideas to improve the quality and efficiency of management.
