摘要
How to efficiently deal with the crisis is of great significance for the sustainable development of enterprise. In this paper, from the view of knowledge management a crisis management system is presented for construction enterprise. The relationships between every phase of crisis life cycle and different function modules of knowledge management are discussed deeply, and several suggestions for system improvement are also given. The system presented can provide effective decision support for construction enterprise against crisis.
