摘要
The working principle of indexing mechanism with globoidal cam is stated briefly. By using fuzzy design theory, the objective function is established firstly, and then the optimal solution is solved. The mechanism is analyzed according to the design size, so as to check interference and carry out kinematics simulation. Thus we can verify the correctness of the design process. At the same time, the machining methods of globoidal cam are discussed considering material selection, heat treatment and other aspects. Finally, the method of high-speed milling is determined to machining the globoidal cam.
