摘要
Given the fact that science and technology in the field of geodetic measurements experienced a continuous development, topographic modern technology have become increasingly the sophisticated. In the last period there was increase in the use of terrestrial methods for supplementing aerial data in 3D modelling of cities or there of animations. Beginning of this decade, a new concept has revolutionized the method of rapid determination geospatial data acquisition of construction, which is based on 3D laser scanning. 3D models are extremely useful to represent a spatial point of view in the context of an urban development. They offer a complete and accurate compared to analog format plans and maps that are subject to risk and degradation over time. In this paper we develop the importance of using terrestrial laser scanning in context obtaining dataset geospatial following the 3D modelling, in order to create 2D urban plans or 3D.
