摘要
The status quo of three types of rural infrastructure and their impacts on rural social progress, as well as the achievements of rural social progress since a new socialist countryside construction, are investigated and analyzed. As shown surveys and statistical results, at this stage the coverage of basic living facilities, public after-hours living facilities and ecological environment in rural areas, are respectively 60% similar to 85%, 15% similar to 35% and 10% similar to 45%; the lack of public amateur facilities and ecological environment facilities in rural areas hinders the construction process of spiritual and ecological civilization; since a new socialist countryside construction, rural material civilization has achieved greater progress with farmers' living standard greatly improved, but the development of rural spiritual civilization lagged behind with yet the overall quality of rural labor force to be enhanced fast. Finally, some policy recommendations of further strengthening rural infrastructure are put forward.
