摘要：
The article considers the key components of the mechanism ensuring the effective performance of the personnel. Its interrelationship wich such factors as motivation, control and personal responsibility of an employee is demonstrated; and the analysis of the key motivational factors is carried out, a model of estimating the personnel potential motivation is offered.
