摘要
This paper introduce a method of car license plate location which use the hue component in effect. Strengthen the blue component firstly, then set the appropriate threshold for location according to the regional color information. If no useful, transform the image by HSV,based on strengthening the blue component,and make the other regional black. Thus we can locate the car license plate accurately.
