摘要
Abstract "Silent hypoxia" refers to blood oxygen desaturation without without the physiological response such as an increase in respiratory rate or heart rate or dyspnoea. Silent hypoxia exists in the convalescent phase after severe SARS-CoV-2 infection. As long as silent hypoxia has not been ruled out, the usual parameters such as heart rate, dyspnea (Borg-CR scale) and respiratory rate should not be used to control the training intensity of physical therapies and sports.
