摘要
A method to produce photo-patternable optical chemical sensor materials is reported and demonstrated for the first time. Hybrid inorganic-organic sol-gel formulations, doped with an oxygen-sensitive luminescent ruthenium complex, were used to produce both ridge waveguide and spot array configurations. The ability to rune the sensitivity of these sensor materials was also demonstrated.
