Impact of left ventricular election fraction on estimation of left ventricular filling pressures using tissue Doppler and flow propagation velocity

摘要
In summary, in patients with reduced EF, conventional and recent Doppler indexes can be used to predict to wedge pressure, but in those with an EF greater than or equal to50%, the E/Ea ratio using lateral Ea has the best correlation with wedge pressure.
