摘要：
As the consequence of industrial development, the quantities of hazardous materials transportation are yearly increasing. The objective of this paper is to determine the risk for transporting a specific hazardous material between the origin and destination. In this paper, the risk in the hazardous materials transportation is divided to three parts as the population risk, environment risk and property risk. And then, the paper developed three models to measure each risk. Each part of risk is computed by taking into considering the accident probability and its consequences on the given route. In order to computing the total risk in transportation for a given route, the weight for the each risk has been computed. At last, the paper developed the total risk model in the transportation.
