摘要：
In this essay, using multivariate statistical analysis methods, the authors studied operational conditions of Beijing's listed companies. Firstly, based on factor analysis, the options of indexes were determined. In cluster analysis, two methods were used, and their effects also were compared. Then, using discriminated analysis, those conclusions were validated. Finally, some suggestions were put forward to both companies and investor.
