By virtue of the entangled state representation, we show that the quantum teleportated state in Bob, after Alice makes an Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen measurement and Bob makes an appropriate unitary transformation on hearing Alice's measurement result via a classical channel, is described by (rho) over bar (out) = integral d(2)eta/pi F(eta)D-2(-eta*)rho D-in(2)dagger(-eta*), where F(eta) equivalent to 23 <eta vertical bar rho 23 vertical bar eta > 23, rho 23 stands for a quantum channel in 2-3 modes, vertical bar eta > 23 is the bipartite entangled state, and D-2(eta) = exp{eta a(2)(dagger)-eta*a(2)} is a displacement transform performed by Bob.
