摘要
Denazinosuchus (type species = Goniopholis kirtlandicus WIMAN 1932) is a new goniopholidid crocodilian genus from the Upper Cretaceous (Campanian) Kirtland Formation, San Juan Basin, New Mexico, diagnosed by unusually large supratemporal fenestrae, exclusion of palatine from rim of suborbital fenestrae, lack of maxillary lateral depressions, and absence of anterior palatal openings. Three taxa of crocodilians are known from the Kirtland Formation: D. kirtlandicus, Brachychampsa montana and, tentatively, Leidyosuchus sp.
