摘要：
The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [ Ce( NO3)(4)-( C10H8N2)(2)], contains one half-molecule. The Ce-IV atom, lying on a crystallographic twofold rotation axis, is ten-coordinated by two N atoms of 4,4'-bipyridine and eight O atoms of four NO3(-) ligands. In the crystal structure, intra- and inter-molecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into a supramolecular network.
