摘要
The objective of the paper is to present groupware refinements for collaborative teams able to be used in education and software companies. Starting from previous dedicated applications that are briefly presented, a new selection algorithm and new elements concerning typologies based on oriental and occidental cultures are analysed. Alternative methodologies to refine the typologies and to implement some unconventional methods are also mentioned. Enneatypes and MBTI correspondence offers some potentialities; more refinements can be realized considering correspondences of the China's nine constitutions with the nine-enneagram typologies, and other elements with possible associations based on oriental inner discovery. All these elements should be integrated in modern companies to improve the efficiency within harmonious employer's activity. The tests of the dedicated applications were realized considering Bachelor and Master of Science students in different educational and practical work activities. An open architecture proposal based on components and services able to be used by the companies to better manage the employers' activity will represent the future step.
