摘要
China's aviation logistics is developing rapidly at a high-quality. With the aggravation of the greenhouse effect and the requirements of the development of low-carbon economy, aviation logistics enterprises paid more attention to energy conservation and emission reduction are paid more and more attention. At present, the impact of energy conservation and emission reduction scheme on aviation logistics cost is not fully understood, which is not conducive to the healthy development of the whole industry. In view of the problems, this paper first analyzes the connotation and cost composition of aviation logistics. The core influencing factors of aviation logistics carbon emission reduction cost mainly include responsibility division of carbon offset, the price of unit carbon quota and international aviation logistics turnover. By analyzing the shortcomings of carbon emission offset scheme, the paper puts forward a new responsibility division scheme of carbon offset. Through statistical analysis of the turnover and carbon emission of China's air logistics transportation from 2001 to 2020, it is concluded that the turnover and carbon emission of air logistics transportation have basically maintained a stable growth in recent 20 years, with an average annual growth rate of more than 10%. The carbon emission has increased from 1.62 million tons in 2001 to 11.09 million tons in 2020, but the unit carbon emission has been continuously reduced from 0.41kg/t km in 2001 to 0.29kg/t km in 2020, which shows that the carbon emission reduction effect of China's aviation logistics industry is obvious. Through the comparative analysis of the responsibility division scheme of carbon offset in the International Civil Aviation Organization, it is concluded that the carbon offset and carbon emission cost produced is 50% higher than the carbon offset scheme proposed in this paper, which provides a reference for the formulation of carbon emission reduction policies for China's aviation industry in the future.
