摘要
Aiming at the cemetery service system during Tomb-sweeping day, this paper analyzes the related parameters of the stream of people and builds a simulation model. Then it simulates the process of sweeping tomb with the software EXTEND combined queuing theory. Base on the simulation results, we discussed its impacts on management if change some parameters of this system. This paper also provides the theoretical foundation for management decisions for service manager.
