The Empirical Research on R&D Efficiency of Equipment Manufacturing Industry in China

摘要
Based on analysis of effection factor of EMI R&D efficiency of China, the paper makes an Empirical research on R&D efficiency EMI by Stochastic Frontier Production. The result indicates that corporation scale, industrial structure, policy and R&D expenses proportionment are the effection factors of EMI. On other hand, the average R&D efficiency of EMI go up annually, and appear convergent trend. In the end, the paper proposes suggestions for government and corporation respectively. The government should be change the R&D expenses proportionment, protect R&D harvest, build basal and all-purpose technical flat roof to improve R&D efficiency of EMI. The corporation should change R&D expenses strategy, and build the alliance between scientific units and other interrelated corporation.
