摘要
The paper describes the content of teenagers' dreams, individual characteristics of the process of dreams, the relationship of dreams and the nature of the dreams of teenagers with the level of anxiety and depression. The study involved 180 adolescents (91 boys and 89 girls 13-16 year old). They filled out four methods: the author's questionnaire "Study of dreams and the process of dreams", Unfinished proposals about the dream, the Scale of depression and the Scale of anxiety. According to the content of the dreams the teenagers are more often concerned with the near future, material benefits, new experiences, relationships and wellbeing of loved ones. The scales developed by the authors allow to measure the five characteristics of the dream: availability, accessibility, use, preoccupation and constructivity. The questionnaire also makes it possible to distinguish between the constructive and protective nature of dreams in adolescents. The hypothesis oft he connection of the dream with the level of anxiety and depression was confirmed. The article describes five individual patterns of dreams in adolescents associated with anxiety, depression and gender. The results of the study can be used in the practice of psychological counseling and psychotherapy of adolescents.
