摘要
This paper measures and evaluates the scientific and technological innovation ability of Shaanxi province by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. We draw a conclusion: the overall strength of scientific and technological innovation ability of Shaanxi province is now in a medium level; It remains steady development for 5 consecutive years, but there is still a large gap with the developed coastal regions; From the structural factors of scientific and technological innovation, the capacity of scientific and technological output and capacity of scientific and technical cooperation have played an important role for scientific and technological innovation ability of Shaanxi province in upgrading, but environment of scientific and technological innovation, financial ability of Scientific and technological input, benefits of scientific and technological innovation have the under-performance; The driving force of scientific and technological innovation for the economic development in Shaanxi province is not stronger enough.
