Educational loan contract: a case of abuse in financial consumption?

Consumer relations, increased under the logic of a capitalist system, have gained special importance over the last few years. However, given the way in which they are constituted, they tend to provide a scenario for the strong party to abuse the rights granted to it by the contract or the market. In the relationship derived from the educational loan contract, the ICETEX shows how through these abuses, the ignorance of protective regulations for the financial consumer and the transgression of mandates imposed by good faith, has broken with the social function of the contract.
