摘要
The United States is a developed construction industrialized country, and the construction industrialization of Japan is not only developed but also has been greatly achieved on earthquake-resistant. The experience of foreign industrialized countries which are high developed in dealing with the issue of the construction workers for construction industrialization is useful for our industrialization. And our country is in the progress of construction industrialization development. Based on the requirement of construction workers in the construction industrialization development stage, this paper analyzed the gap between our country and the foreign building industrialized countries in age, professional level, educational level, working hours, wage levels, benefits and training of the construction workers for construction industrialization. After that, this paper brought forward the relevant countermeasures to ensure the requirements of construction industrialization could be satisfied by the construction workers, such as the transformation of the position of construction staff, the interests of construction workers, training system of construction workers, labor employment system. Then the construction industrialization in China would be promoted.
