摘要：

Construction industrialization has been strongly advocated in our country. But currently, It is still developing hardly. This is not only because of technical factors, but also because of the market and policy development in many aspects. In recent years, construction of our country has made a great progress, but there are little business focus on the construction industrialization development Only Vanke group is attempting to construct building just as manufacture goods. Base on analysis of foreign countries developmental pattern, combined with the specific condition of our country, this article applies PEST Analytical model, explores to analysis of the situation about construction of our country, and found suitable development strategies of building industrialization in China.
