摘要：
Nowadays, HRM plays a more and more important role in the realization of the strategic aims, and how to improve HRM is a problem that both the enterprise decision-maker and HRM department are concerning about a lot. For HRMIS is able to raise the efficiency of HRM, to improve management and supply information support for decision-making, it is welcomed by enterprises. This thesis analyzes the application of Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) in enterprises, in order to facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of this system, to promote striding development of HRM.
