摘要：
The 21st century is a century of more intense competition. A Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), which meets the requirements of IT development, will become an effective means of enterprise to raise their efficiency and level in managing HR. An HRMIS refers to an information processing system which can collect and process HR information, then make planning and forecasting for HR based on this information, and finally assists enterprise managers in human resource development and management as well as personnel decisions; it has important significance for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness. This paper introduces the application status, as well as the steps in development and design of the HRMIS in enterprises, and forecasts the development trend of the HRMIS.
