Evaluation model of enterprise management efficiency based complex science

This paper firstly analyzes enterprise organization information structure, decision structure and motivation structure, establishes information effect-quality model, decision effect-quality model, motivation model and enterprise order degree model based complex science. And then builds up a logical way to study management efficiency, further step, constructs a function of management efficiency on the new view. And provides an example to verify this function in the end.
