摘要
On the basis of defining the connotation of the efficiency of technology enterprise incubator, the evaluation index system of the efficiency of science and technology enterprise incubator is constructed from the point of view of system input and output. From the following three aspects: comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, the efficiency of 14 state - level scientific and technological enterprise incubators was analyzed by using the DEA method.
