摘要
Scientific research involves determining facts or describing scientific phenomena based on analysis of data from primary or secondary sources. Fieldwork is an important tool used by researchers to describe urban phenomena. In certain studies, the researcher uses survey tools to determine the challenges faced by residents of squatter settlements and compare them with urban standards and theoretical models using statistical analysis techniques. The documentation of scientific and practical experiences is a means of scientific communication and serves to inform other researchers. This article describes the field research experiments I conducted on squatter settlements in developing countries. The aim of this article is to document and analyze my experiences and to identify the most outstanding challenges I encountered, thus facilitating communication between academics and those interested in similar fields. This article is based on a selective analysis of my research experiences and presents my research contributions in the field of squatter settlements in developing countries. Finally, the article emphasizes the need to refer to documentation on researchers' scientific and practical experiences as a source of primary data. This documentation will provide researchers with information on challenges encountered by other researchers so they can avoid them while conducting similar research.
