摘要
As the highest energy consumption part in the manufacturing process of artificial fiber, there were non-uniform drying and high energy consumption phenomenon in link joint textile fiber dryer. So, according to the existing structure of link joint textile fiber dryer, the relevant mathematical and geometric model were established, and the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) software Fluent was adopted to simulate the Flow Field in textile fiber dryer. By the cold simulation of flow field in link joint textile fiber dryer, the unreasonable open porosity of air distribution plate cause the non-uniform in air distribution, which was consistent with the actual test. On the basis of existing structure, orthogonal design which determined the reasonable factor was proposed, as a result the air distribution was improved, the air flow rate was increased and the resistance of the air distribution plate was reduced. At the same time, the influence of regulating plate on the working conditions of internal circulation fan was analyzed preliminarily.
