摘要：
This paper aims to present the concept and the evolution of Corporate Social Responsibility during the time, its main topics and how its implementation influences the company performances. We made a research through companies in the steel industry field, especially in those being members of World Steel Association, in order to identify their concerns in this area and their major actions which can influence their economic development.
