摘要：
The over-dependence of the economic development process within sub-Saharan Africa on water calls for detailed assessment of the probable impact of climate change on hydrology and water resources within the region. This paper examines the effect of total annual and decadal rainfall fluctuations on the hydrological regime within Ogun-Oshun River Basin Development Authority (Nigeria).
