摘要：
The paper analyzes the economic sanctions in the world economy, economic discrimination of states in form of economic sanctions, the causes of their implementation, failure to comply with the norms of international law, the current economic sanctions, economic sanctions in force against the Russian Federation, objections of the international community towards the position of the Russian Federation to the political situation in Ukraine and it's interference, effects of economic sanctions on the Russian economy and the impact of the retorsions on States of the European Union.
