摘要
Customer outage cost assessment is becoming increasingly important in the deregulated environment. When a fault occur on the system which is caused to interrupt the supply to the customers at that time the procedure of calculating the interruption cost depends on various factors. It is very difficult to estimate the accurate customer interruption costs due to a specific outage event with the absence of data related to customers. This paper shows the proposed technique namely improved base method for specific event-based customer interruption cost evaluation on feeder subjected to a specific outage event for which the number of steps involved to calculate cost indices is reduced. However, the results compared with the base method are approximately equal. This paper shows the results obtained using improved base method for different seasons. In the analysis of customer interruption cost for a specific outage event in base method the system data, load data and cost data (ICDF) are introduced and discussed.
