摘要
We have investigated electrical and magnetic properties of gamma-Fe2O3 (001) epitaxial films. Resistivity of the film was similar to 10(2) Omega cm at room temperature. The temperature dependent resistivity seemed to follow the three-dimensional variable-range-hopping model. Moreover, ferromagnetic resonance experiment revealed that magnetic anisotropy of cubic and uniaxial terms were -1.3 x 10(4) and 2.7 x 10(5) erg/cm(3), respectively. This result is qualitatively consistent with our Mossbauer experiment and magnetization measurements. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
