摘要：
Aiming at the problem in the development of risk investment corporation (we abbreviate it to RIC),which is the difficult point in our country and hot point in the world, this paper summarizes the new trend of international investment, and gives reference to the industrialization of high technology and conversion of technical fruit in our country with the comparative method and countermeasure-thinking.
